Loughborough Injury Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment of a patient under certain circumstances, primarily when it comes to maintaining professional boundaries, safety, and ethical practice. We can refuse service if a client is sexually harassing, if the therapist feels unsafe, or if the client's condition is beyond our scope of practice or contraindicated for massage

If a therapist feels unsafe due to a client's behaviour, intoxication, or if they have a contagious illness, they can refuse treatment
